Just another case of Marvel trying to make a big fuss to drum up some pub for what is honestly just not a very popular character. I know MK has some fans and I've been one of them for many, many years but for the most part the world in general really has no idea who he is. And Marvel has always had a hard time making good stories while trying to make very clear that he is NOT just Marvel's Batman. And believe me that show on Disney+ did no favors to attract the world to him. Instead of it being about a crime fighting rich guy it turned out to be some historical, mystical, mythical, psychedelic PSA for mental health. Not poopooing the message but it was totally not the place or time. Whoever wrote the thing surely knew nothing about MK and whoever gave a green light for them to produce the thing should be the one getting their head checked. Most people tuned in to see a Superhero show and to this day I'm still waiting for the thing to develop into that. I really don't know what I watched but I didn't like it. It actually turned me away from MK because I know this entire Death Of storyline is probably the path they are going to use to kill him off and bring him back to more align with what they did with him in the MCU. Another Street Level hero bites the dust.
