Yes, SHIELD agents most certainly need holsters and guns, but I think they see that they have plenty of time for the army builder after they get the most out of this particular formula. I think the next best move is to release this exact same figure in the white SHIELD uniform with Sharon Carter and Yo-Yo (Slingshot) head sculpt swaps, which would make a lot of sense because Yo-Yo has cybernetic forearms which the bracers used for Quake can be reused, but hopefully a little retooled. Then they could simply use the same holsters they used on Madame Hydra, hopefully with guns that actually fit them, and reissue the blue uniform with a helmeted head sculpt. I suppose they also have the option of doing a white/blue 2 pack with multiple head sculpts, but I think they'd have much more success selling them at $15 a pop, and also saving the world with the windowless boxes, as an army builder on Hasbro Pulse.

At least the shoulder holster harness Misty Knight used, has some buckles and ammo pouches. This thing on Maria Hill is just a white underarm harness strap. There are no pouches, certainly no gun holster, so unless its to hide pit stains on the fabric, they need to upgrade it. If there really is a plan to use this as their female army builder, they should at least include a holster like their male counterpart. They could also use the same belt Madame Hydra has, for additional carry.

This isn't a bad figure- its a step in the right direction.

I do like the Maria Hill head sculpt!
