Yeah not feeling this look for Ben, I have no connection to it, Ben's only Spider-Man look was when he first took the mantle in the 90's for me, and the recent Retro card fig was excellent, This is an easy pass, also isn't the suit supposed to be blue not black? and why are the eyes so big? Fine with saving my money for something else that comes along.

Hasbro knows that you will buy every Spider-Man figure they push out no matter how unknown the costume is. So, they realized they can just half-ass the figures with little to no accessories, and find the most obscure costumes and make an easy profit. All the budget went into researching the costume.
Except I don't collect every Spider-Man figure, I don't even collect every Marvel legends figure

If that's so, then you know that it's not unknown and obscure.

We're talking about a costume that well-known Spider-clone Ben Reilly wore to headline the top-selling title Amazing Spider-Man for over 20 issues a little over a year ago. It's not pulled out of a single issue from some obscure Spider-Man miniseries from the 90s.

that makes no sense. Yes Spider-man will sell even when the figure is bad but that doesn't mean we should blame people who collect them. Hasbro will make them because they sell. Just because they haven't made the figure you want doesn't mean they shouldn't make figure other want.

A badly done figure of a badly done storyline
Every time I see this figure I weep for its wasted potential. It's such a cool costume I honestly would have considered buying it if they didn't mess up the design, colors, head, accessories. Pretty much the only thing this figure has going for it is that it's pinless.
