Right. We've seen this on just about every Vision except the Ares BAF version, and on that one there was no boot cut at all. That yellow bleeding onto the green just looks messy and cheap. For those who say they "had" to do that, all you need to do is look at the most recent Iron Man Heroes Return armor to show how wrong that is. Not only are the boots molded, pointed and styled exactly like the comic....they also have rotation. Happily, they at least got the cape length correct.

Eh, since he was introduced, I have always pictured him in the same mass/size class as Wonder Man and Namor. Very muscular, yes, but extreme body builder musculature, not so much. Before the Vulcan buck came along, I was always hoping they would use the Grim Reaper buck for Air-walker. And remember, he is a robot, the real Xandarian humanoid Gabriel Lan died long before he was ever introduced in the comics, so actual muscles are kind of a moot point.

All of these Visions seem to have a "eh, close enough" approach them, craftsman work wise. The "vintage" one convinced me, hasbo is just not going to do the Vision correctly, fortunately Select swooped in to show what's what.
So I was stunned when the Legends time took yet another swing at my Android Avenger. An all new larger model?! Fantastic. And dare I say it, they FINALLY put the cord around his cloak, as is his classic look! The head sculpt, with the widow's peak and ear cups, perfect. The cape collar could use a little work but overall, its grand. But then we get to the belt, and I just face palmed. Even after Zemo, Even after Yondu who they JUST released, they still painted his belt on. Impossible to understand why they got everything else right and just decided not to do this. I'm not saying the figure is horrible. Its not! Its like ALMOST there....but such an egregious error choice here, I can't overlook it.
So its disappointing because clearly the Vision is my favorite. They can always re-issue him later with the right belt. At least I've got the Select.
When they revealed the recent Hyperion, I thought surely theyd do something like that for another Vision but.. nope. I gotta say though for the longest time I honestly thought Visions belt was just a print on his suit hah. What I dont really like all too much is how they finished the boots with that little bit of paint across the cav cut. It doesnt look as bad as Star-Lords but still, would it have been too low to just keep it under that cut for the Viz???

And while he just recently came out, Firelord belongs on that buck also. I just hope they give us Airwalker on the Vulcan buck right out of the gate. Then I will consider my Heralds complete - never really liked or developed any attachment to Red Shift and Stardust.

Much less plasticy-looking than the MLs and he scales well with the original Hasbro "Maids of Might" Allfather wave Scarlet Witch. (She's got legs for days!)
Finally decided that while I doubt I'll ever part with my fugly ToyBiz SW, the Vision from that line is way past his shelf expiration date. Bye, bendy-footed toaster man!

Of course there are a good number of fairly important characters that should be redone on that new buck - Classic Cyclops, Havok(I mean, they are all brothers with Vulcan for pete sake, so they should be around the same height and build), Black Bolt, Classic Black Panther (no gray boots and gloves this time, make him None More Black), Adam Warlock (and by extension a purple Magus version), Classic Moon Knight, Son of Satan (well, we kinda got him right? But in his classic costume please Hasbro).

Glad I sold mine when I did hah. Visions Sunfire body really bugged me and the paint scheme never sat right with me so Im definitely excited to get this one.
@Ironspider428Yeah it just depends on how your use to seeing these characters. Im nearing my mid 30s but have always loved Gene Colans portrayal of Daredevil so I lean more toward wanting that Vulcan physique. Its hard to say what Id like best for Spidey as Im all for the Romita/Ditko goodness but my favorite figures of him so far are Amazing Friends and the retro Symbiote.
