It's not even the Vulture wing figure, it's the 3-pack figure which was based on concept art. I wish it was the Vulture wave version.

I hate that I'm such a sucker for MCU Spidey that I jumped on this figure just to have him in the Infinity Saga Civil War package. I'm still baffled at why they went with this obviously inaccurate figure over the far superior Homecoming version. The only thing I can think of is that there was some kind of licensing issue with releasing the Homecoming suit under the Civil War banner? Like that particular figure is only able to actually be used for Sony's projects and not something like Civil War or Infinity War. Still though, even if that's the case, this would have been a fantastic excuse for them to release a brand new version of that suit with the articulation they gave to the final swing suit. I'd have bought like 4 of those to replace every figure wearing that suit in the displays. My favorite Spider-Man suit and it's gotten the absolute weakest figures from Hasbro and other companies just due to it's age. Such a shame.

Looks like this is Hasbro has a new strategy to milk just a little bit more from everything from when the MCU was good. Let's go back and put a new head sculpt on every MCU figure we ever did. Don't bother with the paint. Kick up the price another 10 spot.
