You're right about tge face sculpt. It's not all that bad. But it is indeed a good head sculpt on a totally outdated and ridiculously undersized model. As I pointed out in another review just look at that terrible pencil neck. While Cox is far from the shredded athlete Matt Murdock is in the books he's fairly fit and muscular. If they're going to put the effort into the face and then use the same old body what's the point of it all? Tge worst thing is the body is so small they probably had to make the head sculpt small enough to match so it will probably still not fit on one of the newer larger suite bodies.

Yeah, I know. It's funny how they don't seem to care when they make these suited figures. They tend to make everyone the same size. This Murdock figure won't be much bigger than Professor X and when you think about it it's weird. They used a different more muscular body a few years ago on Logan, so why not here?

I get your point and I sure won't try to justify the price for this figure or for most of the figures they make for that matter. I just don't think it's that bad of a likeness. I'm actually more upset about the proportions than the face itself and like you say, if I get this it'll be when it's on clearance.

Yeah but the only reason to get this is because its supposed to be Charlie Cox and it just plainly isn't that. Other than that there's no improved articulation, there's no improvements in the mold or the design. There's certainly no justification for the price. Wait a beat and pick it up on clearance.

Nah like I said in someone else's review that face just isn't quite Charlie Cox, I think they did a better job before on the previous Live action DD figures with Charlie's face, also I just can't stand the greasey smeared dirt look for the beard, really isn't a great figure unless you want a civilian body for a background character in some toy photog scene, it's just a plug in figure was easy to make and filled a space, because IMO this figure really didn't need to happen, he has such a minor appearance in this movie, it's barely relevant, Aunt May would have been a better choice.

Overpriced civilian figure. It's one saving grace would've been, MAYBE, a great likeness to Cox. I mean otherwise why even buy this? But it doesn't have that. The brick accessory doesn't even fit that well. This figure is good if you want to do generic civilian scenes. Otherwise, don't waste your money with this because there is likely a better Charlie Cox figure on the way. This has peg warmer/clearance bin all over it. Get it off Amazon when it goes down to $7.00.
