The AF body will always be my favorite Spidey body, the RYV mold is just too buff and tall for my mind's eye view of Spidey in any era. It does need a new head though, I hate those squinty eyes. I'd actually like to see an updated version of the Pizza Spidey body with better articulation to recreate that more wirey build as well.

I actually also prefer the bulk of the AF body, plus the disc-jointed neck. My ideal Spidey body would be a grown-up version of it. Same muscle definition, but adult-sized.

It does feel cheap to see that old Wolverine mold when we are getting so many pinless Wolverines, I get they need to cut some costs here and there but pins on that Wolverine arms (like all other figures) are all the same length so we get horrible looking holes on Wolverines arms, they dont fit properly due to this cost cutting and simplifying measure, this is why in case of Hasbro pinless tech is such an improvement.

I actually really like this color scheme on Wolvie. Spider-Man however would look so much better if his eyes were bigger, as Chunkylover said.

I don't like the use of the Amazing Fantasy mold for this Spider-Man. This look is from modern comics, so he shouldn't be as short as his teenage self. I know mold degradation is a thing, but maybe they could've used the Spider-Shot variant of the RYV mold? Maybe pulled a Chasm (even though that would've led to pinned joints)?

Im not familiar with this Spidey but I sure do like this figure of em. Dont need it though.

..I wish his belt looked this crisp on the Amazing Fantasy/Friends figures.

This is just a way to get some extra money using existing molds with little more effort than some paint. And that isn't even as good as that. This was such a small and short lived point in the comics history. Not nearly as iconic as the team consisting of Spider-Man, Wolverine, Grey Hulk and Ghost Rider. Had they done that set it would have been just as effortless but at least it would have been something much more recognizable than this. And better received I think. I would have bought that set. This thing doesn't even register. Plus the fact that these characters in that color scheme is just weird and silly looking. But in the end it's all up to one's taste I guess. If you like this kind of thing have at it. At least you won't have any competition from me.

And what's up with Wolvie's head sculpt. Not only does it look like he's sniffing Blob two weeks away from his last shower but it also looks like he's wearing lipstick.

I'm still not sure where these costumes even come from...

When the FF and Avengers were off in space during the Empyre event, Spidey, Logan and the FF kids temporarily took over.
