Marvel has released a behind-the-scenes trailer featuring the latest episode of Marvel Studios' Assembled, diving into The Making of Moon Kight.
Moon Knight follows Steven Grant, a mild-mannered gift-shop employee, who becomes plagued with blackouts and memories of another life. Steven discovers he has dissociative identity disorder and shares a body with mercenary Marc Spector. As Steven/Marc’s enemies converge upon them, they must navigate their complex identities while thrust into a deadly mystery among the powerful gods of Egypt.
Moon Knight stars Oscar Isaac, Ethan Hawke, and May Calamawy. Mohamed Diab and the team of Justin Benson & Aaron Moorhead directed the episodes. Jeremy Slater is the head writer, and Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Brad Winderbaum, Mohamed Diab, Jeremy Slater, and Oscar Isaac are the executive producers. Grant Curtis, Trevor Waterson, and Rebecca Kirsch serve as co-executive producers.
Yeah Moon Knight was a huge mess. Very odd creative decisions.
I had hoped the show would turn me around on Moon Mummys suit. But he was only MK for MAYBE 15 minutes the entire series.
Its not like we arent used to the MCU changing powers, motivations, races, genders.. but in regards to MKs power set... W the actual F?!?
A highlight was Isaacs portrayal of the different personalities. And the actress playing Layla was awesome, beautiful,.. checks all the boxes.
did I hear right? This was designated as a limited series so no future episodes? If true, this is the best decision in regards to the MCUs Moon Knight.
Making of the most snore inducing, most irrelevant, most pointless, most divergent from source, most unhero hero show on Disney+ Marvel. Sure, sign me up. Funny thing is it can't be any worse than the show itself.
