Kingsley Ben-Adir And Emilia Clarke’s Secret Invasion Characters Revealed - SPOILERS!

Outsiders - March 31, 2023
The following contains spoilers for the new Marvel series Secret Invasion.

In an exclusive interview with Samuel L. Jackson with Vanity Fair, the actor talks about the various characters in the series and we learn the identities of the characters of Ben Mendelsohn’s alien leader, Talos, Kingsley Ben-Adir as Gravik and Emilia Clarke as Talos daughter, G’iah (pronounced “Guy-ah”). Jackson also talks about Olivia Colman as an MI6 Agent, the return of Martin Freeman's CIA agent Everett K. Ross, Don Cheadle’s James “Rhodey” Rhodes, S.H.I.E.L.D. partner, and Maria Hill, played by Cobie Smulders.

The new Marvel series Secret Invasion features Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, who uncovers a conspiracy to quietly install double agents into positions of power around the world. In a traditional espionage story, these might be operatives from hostile rival nations, but in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the infiltration has an otherworldly origin: shape-shifting green-skinned extraterrestrials known as Skrulls, who can perfectly simulate any human being at will. Secret Invasion draws its inspiration from a 2008 Marvel Comics storyline written by Brian Michael Bendis, which crossed over into other superhero storylines. In that run of tales, even established heroes were sometimes revealed to be covert extraterrestrial replacements, pursuing a plan of Skrull conquest.

Check out Vanity Fair for more of Jackson's interview and exclusive images from the series.

ummm been a character since 2019https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/G'iah_(Earth-616)

Gravik was made up just for the MCU and this series and G'iah has been insignificant as compared to Lyja, and nobody know who this MI6 agent is. They literally pulled these characters from obscurity and nothing at all because they have no history and they can straight up make it up as they go. That's the Disney way. Take a successful story and just completely change it to their liking.

Freaking Disney. Leave it to these clowns to hire actors and then completely make up some characters out of whole cloth so they can cast them. Already looking like a train wreck.

They should have just made the daughter Lyja. Would have been a nice way to set up the F4

Or make herVeranke, as it seems she might be the villain
